CJ’s carrot cake (GF)


An original CJ’s recipe, packed with spices, nuts and of course carrots! The cream cheese frosting is light and tangy – its really good!  Chef Hema is our expert carrot cake maker and decorator.  The GF version has had excellent feedback.

Ingredients:  Gluten Free Flour, carrots, raisins, walnuts (NUTS), baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, butter (MILK), sugar, orange, vanilla, EGG, cream cheese (MILK)

All our cakes and bakes are baked to order; we don’t actually hold them in stock!
