CJ’s chocolate cake (VG)

This chocolate cake is a delight.  The cake is soft and moist and the icing is actually a rich and dark chocolate ganache.  We can decorate this with pistachio and/or edible rose petals.  Or you can let us know anything else you would like us to use to decorate your cake.

“We were delighted with CJ’s Bakery’s double-tiered vegan chocolate cake.  The cake was huge, giving 14 generous slices to hungry teenagers and adults.  It was wonderfully light and moist with a deep chocolate flavour.  The chocolate ganache icing is superb!  I don’t know how such a delicious cake was made without any dairy ingredients.  This chocolate cake is just fabulous and I recommend it for vegans and non-vegans.  Thank you CJ’s!  Madeleine N2 July 2022

Ingredients:  wheat flour (GLUTEN), cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt,  coffee, sugar, sunflower oil, cider vinegar, coconut butter, dark chocolate (SOYA)
