CJ’s sticky stem ginger cake


This is a moist and rich, sticky and spicy ginger cake topped with crystalised stem ginger and lemon icing.  It’s rectangular and cuts into 9 huge, 12 largish or 16 smaller sized pieces.  Perfect for a birthday party.

Ingredients: wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), EGGS, MILK,  sugar, ginger, cardamom, treacle, crystalised ginger, lemon, baking powder, salt pepper
