CJ’s carrot cake

An original CJ’s recipe, packed with spices, nuts and of course carrots! The cream cheese frosting is light and tangy – its really good!  Chef Hema is our expert carrot cake maker and decorator.

Ingredients:  Self raising flour (GLUTEN), carrots, raisins, walnuts (NUTS), baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, butter (MILK), sugar, orange, vanilla, EGG, cream cheese (MILK)

All our cakes and bakes are baked to order; we don’t actually hold them in stock!
