CJ’s lemon and raspberry cake

A summery cake, tangy and full of lemons filled with CJ’s very own raspberry jam and covered in lemony buttercream icing.  This is often requested in our extra large size for birthdays.

Ingredients: wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), EGGS, sugar, almonds (NUTS), lemon, CJ’s raspberry jam (raspberries, lemon and sugar), baking powder, salt

All our cakes and bakes are baked to order; we don’t actually hold them in stock!
