CJ’s bakewell tart

This took many attempts to get right and we are really pleased with our final recipe.  The finished edges to the pastry may not look perfect but they do taste great!  It’s a classic flavour combination and is filled with both CJ’s cherry jam.

Ingredients: wheat flour (GLUTEN), almonds (NUTS), butter (MILK), EGGS, sugar, CJ’s Cherry Jam (cherries, lemon and sugar),
