CJ’s lemon, pistachio and cardamom cake (GF & VG)

This cake gets consistently amazing feedback! It’s not too sweet, with fabulous nutty and lemony flavours.

Ingredients:  gluten free flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, sugar, pistachio (NUTS), cardamom, lemon, SOYA milk, sunflower oil

All our cakes and bakes are baked to order; we don’t actually hold them in stock!
