CJ’s lemon and raspberry cake

A summery cake, tangy and full of lemons filled with CJ’s very own raspberry jam and covered in lemony buttercream icing.

Ingredients: wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), EGGS, sugar, almonds (NUTS), lemon, CJ’s raspberry jam (raspberries, lemon and sugar), baking powder, salt
