CJ’s caramelised onion and goat’s cheese quiche

This is a fabulous and really delicious spring and summer quiche with lots of filling and flavour.    The finished edges to the pastry may not look perfect but they do taste great!

Ingredients: wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), EGGS, double cream (MILK), goats cheese (MILK), onion, spinach, salt, pepper, nutmeg
