CJ’s red pepper and feta cheese quiche

This is a fabulous and really delicious quiche with lots of filling and flavour.    The finished edges to the pastry may not look perfect but they do taste great!

Ingredients: wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), EGGS, double cream (MILK), cheddar cheese (MILK), courgette, red pepper, feta cheese (MILK), pine nuts, garlic, salt, pepper, nutmeg
