CJ’s pistachio, lemon and cardamom cake

A tasty cake full of warm cardamom flavour and lemon syrup filled with delicious pistachio cream and covered in lemony buttercream icing.  This is often requested in our extra large size for birthdays.

Ingredients: wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), EGGS, sugar, pistachio (NUTS), lemon, olive oil, sunflower oil, SOYA, baking powder, salt

All our cakes and bakes are baked to order; we don’t actually hold them in stock!
