CJ’s greengage jam

The greengages were grown locally to CJ’s, at Mill Hill Community Orchard.  They kindly donated us a couple of buckets full of fruit and we makd a really fabulous tangy (not sweet) jam that is full of flavour.  Delicious on bread or toast or with fruit and yoghurt, cheese or meat.

Ingredients:  greengages, sugar, lemon juice, water
