CJ’s chocolate honeycomb

We make our own honeycomb, break it into chunks then dip it in delicious, very high quality Callebaut milk chocolate (with 33.6% cocoa solids and 20% milk solids).  Each bag contains about 16 chunks – and the chocolate is thick!

Perfect work for bakers who like order and repetition.

Ingredients: sugar, Golden Syrup, bicarbonate of soda, milk chocolate (MILK)
