CJ’s mincemeat loaf cake

This is a new addition to our Christmas range.  We make our own mincemeat which goes into this cake along with extra raisins, nuts and sultanas.  A perfect cake for after a run or to go with a cup of tea in the afternoon.

Ingredients: wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), EGGS, sugar, almonds (NUTS), orange, lemon, apple, mixed citrus peel, vegan suet, raisins, sultanas, baking powder.

All our cakes and bakes are baked to order; we don’t actually hold them in stock!
