8 white chocolate and damson blondies

We spent a long time perfecting these blondies.  The butter is browned to give a rich flavour and we use CJ’s jam and delicious freeze dried raspberries on top.

Ingredients: wheat flour (GLUTEN), butter (MILK), EGG, sugar, CJ’s damson jam (damson, sugar), white chocolate (MILK), salt, dehydrated raspberry
