CJ’s chocolate orange sticks

We cut orange peel into slices and cook them well before simmering in sugar syrup.  The strips are then dried and dipped in gorgeous dark chocolate.

Perfect work for bakers who like order and repetition.

Ingredients: oranges, sugar, dark chocolate (SOYA)
